and cofounder: Anton Torrents is a sales and business executive credited for building and managing Siemens Nixdorf Spain and Latin American territories to more than $300 million in revenues in the 1990s. In his 18-year history at Siemens, he led operations comprised of over 1,000 employees. He has shown a strong capacity for leadership, creating and motivating executive teams, managing a direct sales force and overseeing major project implementations. Mr. Torrents holds an AMP degree from INSEAD, and a CSC Index from M.I.T.

Global Marketing & Alliances: Kirsten Chapman is a marketing and sales executive with more than 25 years’ experience selling and building marketing programs for IT products and services. Her expertise in marketing strategy, product marketing, communications, and indirect programs combined with her career in direct sales with IBM, Honeywell Information Systems, and Cap Gemini, give her a unique perspective on building and executing scaleable go-to-market strategies and programs that drive revenues. Ms. Chapman holds a BSBA in marketing from the University of Denver and an MBA in strategic management from the University of Minnesota.

García is a business development and product professional with more than 15 years of experience in consultancy, sales and project management with system integrators like Cap Gemini, with a focus on large accounts. He has founded and managed several companies related to business intelligence. His work experience gives him the ability to balance product technology, functionality and business case decisions. Mr. García received a CS degree from the UPC of Barcelona and an MBA from EAE at Barcelona.

Chief Architect and cofounder: Joseph Foley is a database expert with a strong business background. With more than 30 years of experience in data management, his research and development spans industries, including retail, insurance, manufacturing, engineering, communications, transportation and more. He co-founded two other successful technology companies that pioneered associative databases and other analytics systems. He is a recognized expert in information analysis and has presented at venues around the world, including several Business Intelligence Europe forums and DAMA/Wilshire Meta-Data Conferences. Mr. Foley holds a BS degree in business with a minor in computer science.

Chief Technical Officer: Hervé Barsanti is a product development executive with nearly 20 years' experience in disciplined software development and implementation. His work history includes international software vendors, including Oracle, USoft, Tridion, Netscape and Backweb, and Software AG. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Sainte Etienne—France and a master’s in computer science from Sophia Antipolis—France.
